FIRE + WILD X PEUGEOT

 

This autumn Peugeot challenged us to create a unique foraging and wood-fired cooking experience for two special guests, aimed to highlight the versatility and functionality of a couple of their new hybrid electric models by organising a little road trip followed by an off-grid workshop in the woods. A few weeks before the event Peugeot sent Mark a new 3008 HYBRID to see how well it could handle the day to day life of a chef living off the beaten track, working in the woods and foraging for ingredients. He spent some time getting to grips with the hi-tech features, experimenting with a few off-road adventures and testing the limits of what it could do.

 
 
 
 


On the day of the event the two guests made their way to our East Sussex location where they spent the afternoon cooking over fire, preparing some signature FIRE + WILD dishes and learning how to safely forage for seasonal ingredients like wild mushrooms.
