EVENTS

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE TICKET PRICE?

Tickets are all inclusive and as described on each individual event listing - see BOOK TICKETS section of the site for further details. All your food and drink is included within the price as well as the cost of any scheduled activities. We do not offer guests the option to purchase additional drinks beyond those already included within the cost of the ticket.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR/BRING?

Our dress code is smart casual. All of our events take place outdoors. Whilst we always hope for pleasant conditions we recommend that you also bring a warm and waterproof layer. Please wear suitable outdoor footwear with ankle support.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

We always aim to provide an open air experience for our guests. In the event of wet weather a canopy will be placed over the tables and dining area. Unless we are experiencing extreme/dangerous weather, events will not be cancelled.

MENu

DO YOU CATER FOR VEGETARIANs?

Yes. We offer two menu options to our guests - omnivore or vegetarian.

DO YOU CATER FOR SPECIFIC DIETARY REQUIREMENTS AND ALLERGIES?

Due to the nature of our open air, wild kitchen and the collaborative foraging and food preparation process we simply cannot accommodate any food allergies. We can however, disclose the ingredients of each dish, allowing you to make an informed decision about whether you wish to attend. If you have any specific enquiries about food please do not hesitate to contact us.

I DON’T DRINK ALCOHOL. CAN I STILL ATTEND?

Non drinkers are of course welcome and suitable non-alcoholic alternatives will be provided. Please include details when prompted at the time of booking.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

WHAT DO I DO IF SOMETHING HAPPENS AND I CANNOT ATTEND?

Tickets cannot be refunded or transferred, but can be exchanged between friends up to 7 days before the event, after which cancellations will be opened to the public for last minute bookings. We recommend that you time your arrival at the site at least half an hour before the advertised start time so that you have time to park and make your way to the meeting point for the start of the event. Latecomers may miss important information and other activities planned. We wouldn’t want that to spoil your experience of the event so please leave plenty of time for travel.

WHAT HAPPENS IF WE HAVE TO CANCEL THE EVENT?

In extreme weather conditions we will always try to relocate the event to a suitable indoor location before we consider cancelling however, there may be extreme circumstances in which we would have no choice but to cancel your event. If this happens guests will be offered a gift voucher for the full value of the original booking which can be used to book onto any future event for which we have availability. Our cancellation policy also applies to any events affected by COVID-19 and changing government restrictions. Gift vouchers issued under these circumstances are valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation of your event. Gift vouchers issued following the cancellation of an event cannot be used to purchase items from the online shop.
