Firesyde is the home of our new off-grid wood-fired restaurant, set within a stunning 300 acre private estate in the Surrey Hills AONB.
After joining us for dinner or attending one of our experience days, you now have the option to book an overnight stay for a fully immersive journey into nature.
Choose from one of 5 luxurious Wild Lodges, each equipped with a large king size bed, outdoor bath, fire pit, underfloor heating and many other rustic comforts. For larger groups Firesyde has fully furnished canvas bell tents nestled in an idyllic forest valley.
As well as our signature DINING EXPERIENCES and COOKING WITH FIRE experiences we will also be hosting immersive 2-3 day residential events as well as private experiences at Firesyde, tailored to exclusive gatherings.
FIRESYDE WILD LODGES
The Wild Lodges offer a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern luxury. Thoughtfully designed for relaxation, each cabin features a king-size bed, a firepit with a grill, sun loungers, a dining table, and an indulgent outdoor bath for soaking under the stars. Lodges come stocked with wood baskets, fireside games, and modern comforts like WiFi, ensuring a tranquil yet connected escape in the wild.
FIRESYDE FLY CAMP
The fully furnished canvas bell tents are nestled in a picturesque forest valley area of the Firesyde site. The Fly Camp is located just a few minutes walk from the Wild Lodges. Each space is carefully designed with your comfort in mind, complete with king-size beds and soft furnishings—offering you an ideal way to unwind after an immersive dining experience.

Our wild dining experiences luxuriously combine a love of great food, the outdoors, and sustainable eating. As well as taking you on a rich culinary journey, our dishes support and honour the land.
